Biography

It’s not news that many of us are anxious, disillusioned, feeling powerless over schedules and disconnected from a sense of vision or purpose.

Some of us are also grieving, whether it’s the death of a loved one or the living losses that are part of being human.

Jen wants to coach people who are introspective and who desire to grow into a new way of thinking about their place in the world. As a coach, Jen provides a confidential listening-ear, a witness to your grief, partnership in change and encouragement as together, you find hope for your journey, moving toward who you are meant to be and where you are meant to go.
