Trish Perry

Trish Perry is a certified master life coach, trainer and speaker providing services to help people create and live the best life they can imagine. Trish is the founder of Harmonize Coaching and specializes in helping people move from adversity to productivity and joy. She coaches with organizations in speaking, training and coaching to yield measurable results. Her goal is to make a positive impact on people’s lives EVERYDAY. Trish is a top 20 coach in the Twin Cities. She has over 20 years of mentoring and coaching experience in the corporate and non-profit worlds. Trish was a successful executive at Target for 20 years as well as other corporations. Currently she is serving as President for the International Coach Federation – MN Chapter. Trish lives in Minneapolis with her husband of 25+ years, Jay, and their 3 wonderful children.

Deb Johnson

Deborah (Deb) Johnson is a Master Certified Professional Coach with an extensive corporate leadership background that spanned 37 years.  She holds a BA degree in Organizational Management and Communications.  Her passion is to help clients navigate the “Transition Challenge” organizationally and personally by creating a “New Normal” in business and life. Deb also believes in giving back by serving as chair for a local non-profit organization focused on providing education, skill building and opportunities for at risk students.


Cheryl Hegland

Cheryl Hegland works as a Finance Program Manager at Medtronic where she incorporates coaching and mentoring into her work on a daily basis. She integrates her 30 years of business experience with her zeal for inspiring people and teams to be at their best. Cheryl is currently enrolled in Learning Journeys International Center for Coaching. Her desire is to help those who feel they have lost their sense of purpose, connection, or value at work. She is excited to share her finance skills with the coaching community who has embraced her journey. Cheryl lives in Plymouth with her husband Reid and their two cats.



Ann Houser

Ann is an executive coach and the president of Ann Houser Coaching and Consulting, using her experience honed as a human resources vice president for Medtronic and her expertise as an internal executive coach, to guide clients to become more authentic and holistic leaders. Ann’s mission is to enable clients to achieve their dreams and goals while building healthy lives and leading others intentionally. Ann has 30 years of leadership, team development, and mentoring experience at Medtronic, General Mills and IBM.
Ann’s coaching certifications include the CTI Co-Active Coach® internal certification and the Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach Certification through John Mattone University. Ann holds an MS in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA from St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN.

Lance Hazzard, ACC

Lance is Executive Coach and President, Oppnå® Executive & Achievement Coaching, helping people and organizations successfully achieve what’s next. Prior to Oppnå® Coaching, Lance was a Human Resources Vice President with Medtronic from August 2004 through December 2016 in a variety of global roles, and served as an internal executive coach beginning in 2013. Lance started Oppnå® Coaching in January 2017.

Judy is the president and chief coachologist at She is a national speaker and coaches leaders and teams to know, grow and maximize their brand. Judy helps leaders and groups innovate, transform and increase productivity. Judy is a Certified Effectiveness Coach, Master Certified Life Coach and Certified TIPS Innovation Trainer and Coach.

May Kay Delvo, ACC

Mary Kay Delvo, ACC, LSW, Master of Liberal Studies in leadership & psychology is an organizational alignment coach and speaker with INspiring SIGHT. If you’ve ever experienced aches, pains or injury, you have likely discovered the source of the pain is rarely where the treatment occurs. Organizations, like the human body, also redirect pain away from the underlying source. As an organizational alignment coach, she shakes up thinking, so organizations can discover the source of their pain and how to realign themselves. Mary Kay’s signature is honest conversations at the board and leadership level, creating a culture of candor, trust, and clarity. She doesn’t stop there. She coaches organizations to use their strategies as a litmus test for decision-making at every level of the organization and to ask the questions which keep them in alignment.

Shawn Moore

Shawn Moore is an adjunct Professor at Bethel University, an Ordained Minister, and former Police Officer. Besides teaching Anthropology and Reconciliation Shawn is an Implicit Bias instructor and Verbal De-escalation instructor for the state of Minnesota, training Police Officers. Shawn is a Doctoral candidate and a student of Learning Journeys International school of coaching and is researching Coaching as a means to build reconciliation. Shawn has 20 years of experience teaching/facilitating workshops around Race, Implicit Bias, and Cultural Anthropology. As a public speaker Shawn has spoken on topics of inclusion, equity, conflict resolution, and anti-racism endeavors. Shawn is currently creating a method for personal development and unity building by combining Cultural Anthropology principals, the A.A. 12 steps, and coaching methods and tools.

Polly Edwards, co-founder of Vivashe, a company dedicated to helping individuals find their personal power. A certified life coach practitioner through Learning Journeys International Center for Coaching. .As I continue my coaching journey it is important for me to be part of something bigger than myself to belong and serve alongside other coaches. ICF is an organization that exists for serving coaches both personally and professionally so for me there is no better way to honor myself and “coaching” which brings me closer to my life’s purpose.

Danielle is a certified Enneagram and life coach, who is passionate about helping individuals and teams lead and live with emotional intelligence and self-awareness. She is the owner of Danielle Allen Coaching & Consulting and helps her clients build lives and leadership teams that make an impact through improved relationships, increased collaboration, and conflict resolution. She is a master certified coach through Learning Journeys and a trained copywriter & web designer. She combines life coaching and her digital marketing know-how to help her clients build a strategy to succeed at life and business.

Ellen Carlson, ACC

Ellen is a personal coach and passionate about coaching women in transition. She incorporates her holistic background into her coaching practice. She found her true calling in Europe, where her coaching journey began after leaving the field of sales and management. Ellen received her certification through CTI and is ICF accredited. She has been on the ICF Minnesota board as a Membership chair for the past 2 years..

Michon Willman

Michon Willman is co-founder of Vivashe, a company dedicated to creating community and helping individuals find their personal power through self-discovery. Michon has a degree in communication and a background in business marketing, sales and as an educator. She is a Certified Life Coach Practitioner through Minnesota based Learning Journeys The International Center of Coaching. "Live by our values and appreciate our individual strengths and we can all live a great story."

Theresa Nutt

Theresa Nutt, MA, BSN, HNB-BC, NBC-HWC is a lead member of the graduate faculty in the Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching program in the Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She is nationally board certified in health and wellness coaching and certified in personal coaching. In addition to her graduate faculty work, she has a private coaching and consulting practice in Minneapolis/St. Paul. She is currently consulting with a psychiatry group to create a mental health model with wellbeing at the center. This model incorporates mindfulness, gut health, movement and breathwork, positive psychology, health coaching, and acupuncture into conventional mental health so patients have the option to remove stigma and create options for thriving.

Jennifer Byrnes

As a corporate IT / Operations leader, Jennifer built her career and reputation successfully implementing Organizational and Operational change initiatives, while leading the people impacted through a relationship mindset. She stepped away from her role in 2016 to write, We're All Nuts - 5 Simple Skills to Crack the Nut on Relationships, and to build a coaching practice specializing in Change Leadership. Jennifer blends her unique corporate OD and CM experience, expertise in building interpersonal connections, and professional coaching to meet organizations wherever they are in the change process, and help them overcome the barriers hindering successful implementation.

Jennifer is a member of MN Change Management Network (MNCMN), earned her ICF Coach Certification through Learning Journeys, International Center of Coaching, and is a member of ICF (Global and the MN Chapter). She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College, co-leads "Gusties in Business," and co-leads a women's entrepreneurs group in MN.
