Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Biography

Prior to opening my coaching business in 2019, I worked as a Clinical Psychologist in private practice for thirteen years. My mission is to help women celebrate their unique identity, boldly use their voices, and proudly take up space. My business is called TulaSoul. Tula means 'balance' in Sanskrit, 'wind' in Finnish, and 'poem' in Filipino.

I incorporate yoga, qi gong, somatics, and meditation into my client coaching work. Since incorporating these practices into my own life, I have become more grounded and centered and have experienced a sense of well-being and equanimity. Incorporating mind/body/spirit practices into healing is crucial for overall health. I'm also a former psychologist specializing in trauma, and I utilize my clinical knowledge to inform my coaching.

Our lives reflect stored memories and subsequent, often suppressed emotions and behavioral patterns. I enjoy offering women the opportunity to explore their stories (svadyaya or self-study) to release emotions and behaviors that interfere with their ability to live with confidence and integrity. It is an honor to witness an individual grow through the coaching process and work toward enlightenment.

I am a passionate social activist and volunteer with Humanize My Hoodie, an organization that uses education, fashion activism, outreach, workshops, etc., to teach anti-racism and social equality. My hobbies include reading, writing, traveling, yoga, learning new things, and spending time with family and friends.
