Biography

I love partnering with people who want to become kinder, braver and more fulfilled leaders and human beings. Together, we get to the heart of what matters to them and their teams, and tap into ways to make their priorities come to life - in an atmosphere of trust and innovation. I spent much of my career as a leader inside organizations, both corporate and nonprofit. Through those experiences, I came to understand that leadership skills are developed from the inside out, and begin with values and purpose. I have always been drawn to the role of leadership coach, even before it had that name. I added rigor to my coaching skills by studying at the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, where I became a Certified Coach in 2013. I combine my 25 years of experience as a corporate and nonprofit leader with my training and practice as a consultant, coach and facilitator to help shine the light on pathways of growth for leaders. Today, my primary focus is on helping leaders build strong and inclusive teams where all team members feel they are valued and belong. This, I believe, is our collective pathway forward.
