Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Letter from the President
Board Retreat pic Oct 2023
On October 24th, the ICF Minnesota Chapter held their annual board retreat at the Minnesota Humanities Center.
We spent the day reflecting on the past year and held meaningful discussions about what worked, what could have been better and most importantly, what we plan to focus on in 2024.
We strive to live into our values of Service, Connection, Growth and Inclusion in all of our program offerings and all of the interactions we have with our coaching community.
We are fortunate to have wonderful board members who volunteer many hours throughout the year, creating a vibrant and healthy community for coaches and anyone interested in the coaching profession!

We'll be able to share more specifics about 2024 in the months to come as we finalize our strategic priorities.

Thanks!
Karen Failes-Coad
ICF MN President

Organizational culture has become a buzzword in the business sector.
With so many corporations working to maintain positive cultures that are both productive, nurturing, and inclusive.

It's important to understand what it is and what is isn't as well as how to elevate it. Far too many organizational leaders are unsure where and how to create a culture where everyone thrives.
