PROGRAM:
If we were to view the coaching profession through a lens of human development, we would see that as a profession, coaching is in young adulthood. Just as in human development, we didn’t start out there.
Children, like organizations, are filled with potential and hope for the future. As they develop, they grow to make their mark on the world because of the love and dedication of a committed group of people. Parallel to young adulthood, it is time for the coaching community to help the coaching profession make its mark on the world through the dedication of every coach and ICF member as we continue to shape the future of our profession.
Attendees will not only hear how coaches have taken a stand for the profession through service and dedication but be invited to help shape the future of coaching well into adulthood. Jason Jones, The Coaching Hour, will be our Emcee, Gaston Recipients will share stories of the professions’ journey and Mary Kay Delvo, INspiring SIGHT, will have you asking yourself, “Where can I take a stand for coaching?”
Take an active role in shaping the future. Join us in celebrating and moving forward
