Group Discussion: ICF MN Member & Guests Coaching Discussion

ICF Core Competencies Addressed: Ethics


PROGRAM:  This Coaching Connection is focused on ethics.  As a group we will discuss some interesting & fun scenarios where we can share situations that we may have encountered and tools we have used to navigate the situation.  By sharing experiences/situations we will create a rich learning space that will provide a roadmap for future coaching engagements.    


Our intention for this CC with CEU's attached is to cover some of the requirements of ICF Global.  This should be an easy way to satisfy some of the requirements with a  specific conversation surrounding Ethics. The meeting format will be very similar to that of a typical Coaching Connection.  There will be slides with scenarios and questions, a breakout session or two to discuss, and  a question and sharing period at the end.
