Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

ICF MN Coaching Diversity Program and Grant- HOW CAN I HELP?

As you may already know, ICF MN has created a Coaching Diversity Program to develop 10 ICF credentialed coaches of color. This is the first program of its kind. We will be writing a grant to fund the majority of the program. Here is how you can help!

Donations: The cost of this program will be $85,000. It is more likely that we will receive a grant if we already have some financial support. ICF MN is giving a grant of $5,000, we are asking ICF Global to support us as well. We have currently received $35,000.00 in donations from around the U.S. Many have asked how they can support the Coaching Diversity Program online, so we created a Go Fund Me account. We would appreciate any donations and any sharing of the link to peers, friends and/or family who want to make a difference.

Coaching Survey: You will receive a coaching survey on your coaching journey on Monday, August 3rd.
Please complete it by Friday August 14.

The purpose of the survey is to gather information on the coaching journey for our ICF Minnesota grant which will develop 10 ICF credentialed coaches of color in the next 2 years. This is a pilot program, from its success, we want to expand the number of folks in this program and use it as a blueprint for other chapters in ICF. The intention is to build the coaching profession to include more diversity in ethnicity, race and culture. There is limited research on coaches of color which we are working to change.
Thank you for helping us to increase diversity in coaching!     Back to Catalyst...
