Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

ICF Minnesota Recognizes IDeaS with the
2025 ICF MN PRISM Award for Excellence in Coaching

ICF MN presents the PRISM Award annually to recognize excellence in coaching within organizations. Nominations are received, and the ICF-MN Outreach committee coordinates an interview with coaching program leaders to vet both the accuracy and efficacy of each nominee.

This year, the PRISM Award was presented to Integrated Decisions & Systems Inc. (IDeaS) from Minneapolis, MN. IDeaS partnered with The Bailey Group to implement their coaching initiative.

IDeaS has experienced 20% revenue growth every year, for the past five years, which has put a strain on their ability to identify and develop emerging leaders to keep pace with this growth.

IDeaS saw an opportunity for deploying an internal coaching program to develop leaders faster. Their goals for coaching included nurturing and preparing leaders, retaining high performers, fostering continuous learning, and embedding a coaching mindset.

The Bailey Group designed a program for IDeaS which included Hogan Assessments, One-on-One Coaching, Individual Development Plans, and Manager Engagement.

To date, 38 team members have completed the program, and Robin Bolton, Director of Human Resources stated that “Coaching is now a main pillar of our Top Talent Program, and based on what our team members have said about their experience, coaching will remain a development strategy for IDeaS for the foreseeable future”.

IDeaS was presented the PRISM Award at the ICF-MN Awards evening on October 2nd, at The Humanities Center in St Paul. Accepting the award for IDeaS was Sarah Yaeger, Principal Project Manager, Carol Brevig, Director, Client Education, and Garth Peterson, AVP, Global Sales.
