Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Biography

I am a graduate of the Center for https://www.centerforcoachinginorgs.com/ Executive Coach Training Program.

I coach people through the in-between moments of work and life.

Shifts — expected or sudden — arrive from any direction: work, family, health, a new opportunity, moving, grief, or the quiet realization that it’s time for something new. Whatever the catalyst, you may find yourself on a journey you didn’t plan.

My role is to create a calm, reflective space where you can pause, listen inward, and reimagine what’s next. I listen closely for what’s said and unsaid, ask powerful questions, and offer practical ways to explore your situation from multiple angles. I won’t solve your problems for you — I’ll walk with you as you reconnect to the golden thread of what matters most and support you as you move toward the future you want.

I have a Masters Degree from the University of Notre Dame, and am working toward my ICF ACC certification.

My coaching is in part shaped by a few key life experiences. Our family has been navigating my husband's stage four cancer diagnosis for over nine years. This time has brought us all a deeper sense of navigating unexpected life changes. Additionally, my years of serving as an art museum educator has brought me unique tools and approaches for helping clients approach and explore life situations through unique lenses, including art. Finally, serving on a K-12 public school board, including as board chair, has helped me build my capacity for creating spaces for challenging conversations.
