What inspires me most is guiding people back “home” to themselves—helping them reconnect with their greater purpose, passions, and strengths, and creating clarity for the path ahead.

With their compass set to true north, I provide a space for clients to release limiting beliefs, old stories, and unresolved experiences that stand in the way of living fully. I call this process harvesting your wild wisdom—bringing forth your innate gifts in service of yourself, your family, your community, and the world. Clients often describe me as “an intuitive guide who makes magic happen in our sessions.” When we live aligned with who we truly are, happiness and health naturally follow. (Notice, no fix is needed, just alignment with what already is).
As a global citizen raised in Taiwan, Kenya, Laos, Pakistan, and Indonesia, I bring an ease in connecting across cultures and perspectives, quickly getting to the heart of what matters. My coaching integrates multiple modalities and draws on advanced training in neuroscience, consciousness, and leadership. I hold a B.A. in Communications from the University of Minnesota, am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), credentialed by the International Coach Federation (PCC), and have completed advanced coach training through BEabove Leadership.
I am an active member of the MN Chapter of ICF and have co-led two ICF Foundation Ignite Initiatives in partnership with the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Goal on Education. I also facilitate Stress Resiliency and Creative Self-Care classes through M Health Fairview, and lastly, I have a love of indigenous wisdom and am a former co-leader/facilitator of the MN Pachamama Community where the focus was on building a thriving, just world for all.
A thriving, just world begins with each of us—and the journey starts within.
