Kim Cavalcante, PCC, is an executive coach, leadership advisor, speaker, author, and founder of KC Leadership Group. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach and an Advanced Certified Hogan Assessment Practitioner, bringing extensive corporate leadership experience and a deep understanding of leadership effectiveness and professional growth.
