Yengyee Lor, MA, ABD, PCC
Yengyee Lor is an executive coach, mentor, and entrepreneur who works with leaders and business owners ready to grow with clarity, confidence, and intention. She is the Founder and CEO of Faithful Consulting, where she partners with individuals and organizations to strengthen leadership, navigate complexity, and build sustainable growth from the inside out.
With over two decades of experience across coaching, consulting, and public-sector work, Yengyee brings a rare blend of strategic insight and deep understanding of human behavior. She is a Ph.D. (ABD) candidate in Industrial Organizational Psychology and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Her academic foundation allows her to integrate behavioral science, leadership psychology, and real-world business strategy in a way that is both practical and transformative.
Yengyee is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Mentor Coach, with additional training in change management, workforce strategy, and organizational development. She has coached and mentored hundreds of leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them gain clarity, shift patterns that hold them back, and step more fully into their role as leaders.
Known for her grounded presence and thoughtful approach, Yengyee believes effective coaching is not about quick fixes, but about creating alignment between who you are, how you lead, and what you are building.
