Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Mary Kay Delvo

Letter From the President

Dear ICF Minnesota Members,
In the wake of a profoundly challenging time for our state, we want to reach out not simply as a board, but as fellow humans and fellow coaches who are still processing the impact alongside you.

Over the past several months, events in Minneapolis and across Minnesota have been unsettling, painful, and complex. They have touched our communities in ways that are difficult to name and even harder to navigate. Many of us continue to hold grief, confusion, anger, concern, or deep fatigue. However you’ve been impacted, we want to acknowledge your experience.

As coaches, we are often the steady presence for others. We hold space. We listen. We offer empathy and dignity. Yet in times like these, we are also the ones being impacted. We are community members. Neighbors. Friends. Humans.

We want you to know that you are part of a community that cares deeply and stands with you.

Our coaching community is grounded in compassion, presence, and respect for human dignity. As our communities move forward, these values continue to guide how we show up for our clients, for one another, and for ourselves. We gently encourage you to prioritize your well-being, to reach out to trusted colleagues, and to honor your own experience.

With care, respect, and solidarity, The ICF Minnesota Board
