Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Time: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM CST
Location: Zoom

Description:

Leadership assessments can help coaches see their clients more fully, ask better questions, and create conversations that lead to meaningful growth.

In this interactive session, participants will explore how behavioral, personality, cultural, and leadership assessments can strengthen their coaching practice while supporting the outcomes clients and organizations care about.

Jalaal will share lessons from his own assessment journey, including how he uses assessments to uncover patterns, deepen self-awareness, clarify development priorities, and create greater accountability over time. Participants will also reflect on which tools best fit their coaching style, client needs, and business model.

Whether you are new to assessments or already use them regularly, this session will offer practical ideas for becoming a more effective coach, while helping clients translate insight into lasting change and stronger performance.

This session will cover:

  • A curated list of 50 behavioral, personality, and cultural leadership assessments for future exploration
  • A practical framework for evaluating assessments based on strategic fit for your coaching practice
  • Key considerations for balancing experience, cost, scalability, and certification requirements
  • Insights on using assessments to establish accountability and demonstrate growth to clients
