Letter from the President

Dear ICF Minnesota Community,

As the crisp Minnesota air calls for the entrance of the spring season, a time synonymous with renewal and growth, I am reminded of a quote by Lady Bird Johnson: "Where flowers bloom, so does hope." This sentiment captures the essence of this season — a period ripe with opportunities for new beginnings and fresh endeavors.
