As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Co-Active Institute, she integrates scientific frameworks with intuition to create learning experiences that blend knowledge with embodied practice.
With over 20 years of experience in advertising, leading global projects for automotive, technology, and innovation brands, Maja understands the complexity of high-performance environments. Having worked and lived across three continents, she thrives in diverse cultural settings and bridges perspectives to foster meaningful connections.
