CEU: 1.5 Core Competency
Radiance Partners have identified eleven Spiritual Dimensions that ignite the Coaching Competencies, bringing a depth and breadth to our client connection and expressing our radiant purpose which is to “empower potential to catalyze transformation.” We appreciate the value of the spiritual dimension as an inner resource that we can intentionally bring to, listen for and cultivate in our clients. And when we do, we transcend the personality, awakening to and engaging the essential in all of us. We define spirit as the life force that flows through everything, and each and every one of us as unique expressions of that source. The greater whole, and our place in it, is cosmic and divine in nature.

Northfield Public School K-12 system has a long history of using the coaching model to empower our learners, staff, and administrators to achieve their full potential and prepare for lifelong success. During Covid-19, the district identified that Life Coaching could help fill a gap during the unchartered territory of the pandemic.
The Life Coaching Program added another layer of support for the emotional and social needs of the district. It was designed to give easier, personal, and confidential access to emotional and social support for staff and students in a multifaceted way to navigate the stresses created by the pandemic. | | Nominee for Prism Award
Robins Kaplan, a national trial law firm, believes “everyone deserves equal access to justice”. The firm offered an internal Exceptional Advocate Program which provided coaching and training for its lawyers. It also provided leadership coaching to develop, advance, and empower lawyers.
In 2020, the firm’s Board Chair, Ron Schutz, brought in external coaches to design and deliver a robust, customized leadership coaching program to equip younger equity partners to empower self, engage others, lead teams, and shape the culture. The LEAP Forward 10-month program included group and 1:1 coaching, peer triads, interview-based Fearless Feedback and an ROI analysis.

All are welcome to our Book Club. We will meet virtually from October through June on the second Tuesday of each month (starts Oct 18), from 6 PM - 7:30 PM CST.
We will start by reading David Treuer's Rez Life: An Indian's Journey Through Reservation Life. This book is a complex and subtle examination of Native American reservation life, past and present.
"Smartly, this book blends journalism, history and memoir...to provided both anecdotes of present-day reservation life and history...Treuer's message - the picture he gives of Indian reservation life today - is not one of defeat or demise but of miraculous survival." -Greg Sarris, San Francisco Chronicle
