Description:
Join our in-person professional development session dedicated to coaching and its effectiveness in empowering individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum.
We live in a neurodiverse world and society is beginning to embrace and even celebrate that fact. And - it’s about time. In recent years, we’ve seen a shift in understanding that, along with other factors, has led to more adults seeking diagnosis and support for ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, and more. As coaches, this means that whether we specialize in these areas or not, we are seeing more clients who fit these profiles.
Throughout this interactive presentation, coaches will have the opportunity to gain practical skills, deepen their understanding of neurodiversity, gain confidence, and explore the diverse ways in which coaching can foster self-awareness, resilience, and growth for clients who think and experience the world in unique ways. Participants will leave with valuable tools and strategies to better support and honor clients in the coaching relationship and beyond. In addition, we will explore the way coaching competencies and ethics are the foundation for partnering with these clients.
Whether your clients are Neurotypical, Neurodivergent, Neurospicy, or yet to be described, coaching is a powerful tool to maximize well-being, foster a sense of fulfillment, and to empower personal and professional growth.
