Leadership: Using Active Listening Skills
The Leadership Using Active Listening Skills interactive presentation identifies what active listening is, why leaders/managers should use it, and how to use it within team and personal settings so team members and other people in your life feel safe, heard, and valued.
This is a presentation Elizabeth has used for non-profits and for-profit managers and companies. At the end she will deconstruct her presentation with attendee’s, so you will know how to use the ICF competencies (or any topic on which you are knowledgeable) to construct a presentation you can market on behalf of your coaching practice.
