Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

I Invite You to Quilt with Me

I have several friends who are quilters that create beautiful works of art. These creations are frequently displayed as wall hangings or used as bedding. They often radiate the feelings of the quilter. They can also warm the user’s heart and body.

In one case, I received the gift of a quilt from a close friend (see photo above). The story behind its creation fascinates me. She had a design in mind and was looking for color inspiration by searching through images in magazines and on the internet. Eventually she found “the one” – an image that said read more...

Meet Danielle Allen

1. What brought you to coaching?
I actually think coaching found me.  I was working for a church and knew I wanted to make a transition in my career.  I was a naturally coaching leader and had a friend suggest coaching as my next step.  She was attending Adler Graduate School and recommended I look into their coaching program or Learning Journeys. Once I learned more about coaching and how it could help people change their life - I was sold!
2. Tell us about your coaching practice. (Niche, ideal client, etc.)
My coaching practice originally focused on coaching women in life purpose using a faith based approach from earlier work in church ministry.  A few years in, read more...

Build A Thriving Group Coaching Practice

Group coaching allows us to reach more people for three reasons: it offers reduced participation costs, it creates an instant community of support around a common experience, and it decreases the time investment on the part of the coach. Translating coaching skills to hold space for multiple people while navigating the many moving parts that need to be tended to in a group requires skill and practice. This series will prepare you to design, market, and deliver your group coaching offering. Our next cohort starts in June and offers CEs for both ICF and NBHWC.
