Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Meet Lindsey Heiserman

1. What brought you to coaching?  I have been a coach my entire life. I remember moderating a group of girls in the 4th grade after getting in a disagreement on the playground. I started my career as a personal trainer following my deep passion for improving the lives of others through movement. From there, I knew life change was so much deeper than exercise which led me to complete a Master's degree in counseling and psychotherapy.

2.
Tell us about your coaching practice. (Niche, ideal client, etc.) I currently work with fitness and wellness (and coaching) business owners in a life and business coaching capacity. My work is human first. From there we collaboratively create offers and their business model while always supporting the person and their life. I lead a group coaching program called "Fitness and Wellness Business Mentorship.”  My coaching practice also includes speaking to businesses, organizations, and at conferences. I speak about behavior and lifestyle change as well as how to incorporate life coaching into the personal training industry.

3. What do you love about your coaching work?  The best part of my work is the variety of people I work with and watching them create the life they actually want and desire. I ask incredible questions to help my clients come to their own decisions, so it is very rewarding to watch them become bold leaders of their lives. I also really value being able to work with clients in both a movement session and life and/or business coaching because I believe it all goes together.

4. Tell us about the coaching tools, books, podcasts, etc. that you follow that helps you to stay informed.  I have gained the most benefit from enrolling in coaching courses for myself as the person behind the business so I can show up as my best self for my clients. I also listen to a variety of podcasts about different subjects so I can practice being an observer and questioner of other views of the world that I can bring to my practice.

5. How has ICF-MN helped you as a coach?   I have learned a lot from other coaches, the different styles of coaching, and the application of coaching across different realms.

6. How can folks connect with you?
