Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Meet Danielle Allen

1. What brought you to coaching?
I actually think coaching found me.  I was working for a church and knew I wanted to make a transition in my career.  I was a naturally coaching leader and had a friend suggest coaching as my next step.  She was attending Adler Graduate School and recommended I look into their coaching program or Learning Journeys. Once I learned more about coaching and how it could help people change their life - I was sold!
2. Tell us about your coaching practice. (Niche, ideal client, etc.)
My coaching practice originally focused on coaching women in life purpose using a faith based approach from earlier work in church ministry.  A few years in, I discovered the Enneagram as a tool for personal growth and emotional intelligence and since then have focused on life coaching with the Enneagram for women and team coaching where I focus on self-awareness in the workplace and team communication.
3. What do you love about your coaching work? I am fascinated with understanding how people work and my focus with the Enneagram guides my clients into understanding themselves so they can grow in freedom, confidence, and courage. I love seeing the light bulb go on as they learn more about themselves which leads them to make intentional choices and changes that align with who they are, what they value, and the life they want to create.
4.
Tell us about the coaching tools, books, podcasts, etc. that you follow that helps you to stay informed.
Lately, I do most of my reading surrounding coaching with the Enneagram so the resources that have helped:  Books: The Nine Types of Leadership by Beatrice Chestnut, and The Enneagram of Discernment by Drew Moser PhD (both of these have helped with purpose coaching with women and team coaching)
Podcasts: Typology, Fathoms, Personality Hacker
5.
How has ICF-MN helped you as a coach?
When I started my coaching practice, I was disconnected from other coaches.  I knew a few, but felt like I was on an island.  Joining ICF MN and getting involved (I served on the board for 3 years on the Website team) helped me connect with more coaches, and learn more about the industry.  I have also loved the professional development events in learning more about being a better coach and opportunities that can help me grow as a coach.
6. How can folks connect with you?
