IGNITE UPDATE:
Attention Minnesota ICF Chapter members!
What might Coaching for Social Impact look like for you?
The ICF Foundation’s IGNITE Program holds the mission of accelerating and amplifying social system change through coaching. Through pro bono coaching projects, the Ignite Initiative uses the collective power of ICF chapters, members and credential holders to accelerate the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in global partnership. ICF members in over 45 chapters have already had an impact in 16 million lives!
Locally, our MN ICF Chapter is winding down its second Ignite Initiative and we would like to put the call out to others who may be inspired to lead a project (any member holding an ACC or more advanced credential is eligible to serve on/lead a local Ignite project). The Ignite Program is an opportunity to partner with other coaches, to step into various leadership roles and most importantly to take a stand for needed change in our own communities. Projects both large and small have been taken, and the possibilities in support of the United Nation’s goals are virtually endless:
They focus on a thriving society and flourishing of nature and represent the most ambitious effort in human history:
17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
